Reserve and Cancellation rules
The reservation will be made by advance payment by bank transfer for a value that can vary between 30 and 50% of the total value of the stay.
The rest will be paid at the hotel. Credit Cards are allowed.
Extra persons other than guests are not allowed except in the case of celebrations. Ask for prices.
Pets allowed. Check conditions.
Any reservation can be canceled by the user at any time, always notice by email or telephone.
In case of cancellation of the reservation you have the right to reimbursement of the advanced value made in the following percentages:
100% if cancellation is made 15 or more days before the booked date.
50% if made between 7 and less than 15 days before the booked date.
0% if it is made 7 days or less days before the booked date.
From the moment of acceptance of the reservation, you will be informed of the bank details. The reservation must be made as soon as possible so that the reservation request is not canceled.
