No extra guests are allowed not staying at home, except for celebrations. Consult rates.   No pets allowed. Any reservation may be canceled by the user at any time provided notice via email. In case of cancellation of the reservation will be entitled to repayment of the advance made in the following percentages: 100% if the cancellation is made 30 or more days before the reserved date. 
 50% if done between 16 and less than 30 days before the reserved date. 
 0% if done 15 or fewer days before the reserved date. 
 From the time of acceptance of the reservation, admission will be made later than 72 hours. Otherwise your reservation request will void, leaving the dates requested are available for other guests.
